How to Order

We don’t require
complex online or printed order forms. We have found that each scanning
job is unique and our clients are best served by giving us a call
to discuss their needs and the details of their particular job. At
that point we will provide a firm quote and a work order for client
approval. We will begin work when we receive your originals and return
your originals and scans in the agreed upon time frame. |
How do I get my originals
to you?
We recommend sending your originals via FedEx, UPS or Airborne Express
air service for the ability to track your package in transit. We highly
recommend you insure your package for it’s full monetary value. |
How do you return my originals?
We return all originals via FedEx air. Please let us know an insurance
value if you would like to insure the return shipping of your originals.
We highly recommend insuring the package containing your original
images. We will provide you with a tracking number for all return
shipments upon request. We cannot be held responsible for shipments
once they leave our premises. Return shipping costs will be added
to your final invoice amount. |

What is the standard turnaround
time for my scans?
For orders under 10 scans: In by noon, out the next day.
For larger orders: Please call for scheduling information
Please call if you need same day service, we most likely can accommodate
your project deadlines! |
